ESTHETICS
Passion for helping women is what led me to Esthetics.
In all the work that I’ve done, supporting women has always been a driving force.
Last year, I experienced a health setback and realized that at the root of it all was too much stress, anxiety and every-day demands. After a very long (and still ongoing) journey to recover my health, I decided that I wanted to be a part of the solution to help other women like me. And although it doesn’t seem obvious, supporting women through their own journey of self-care is why I chose to pursue an education in esthetics.
Prior to starting my corporate career, I worked as a makeup artist at Nordstrom. I started off in sales and transitioned to Freelance work shortly after. After I started my “real” job in corporate America, I continued to run my own hair and makeup business on the side, working primarily with brides and their bridal parties. I did this for about 15 years and loved every minute! There came a time though when i had to put down my brushes and raise my two little boys, so that’s what I did.
Nowadays, I have plans to bring makeup back into my practice, as well as permanent makeup, microneedling, facials, hair removal (wax and sugar) and head spa services. I am excited to share the world of beauty and pampering with all clients and help them to build their self-care practice, which I know in the end will feed their soul.
